Glow in the Dark Photoluminescent Vinyl Film (light storage) is a kind of natural rare earth as the main composition through a variety of materials composite film, using the principle of natural rare earth light absorption and luminescence, with long-term light storage performance, divided into PET/ PVC/ Acrylic three materials.
1. Photoluminescent self-adhesive vinyl is made from photoluminescent pigment with vinyl of film, and backed with self-adhesive paper, nontoxic and harmless, environment friendly.
2. It doesn't contain any radioactive elements and is characterized by quick light absorption, longer afterglow time and longer service life.
3 .This Glow in dark film can be made in plate printing or computer engraving.It also can be made into variety of luminous labels and luminous pictures.

They are non-toxic, harmless and don`t contain any radioactive elements. After charging visiable light for 5-10 minutes, they can glow in the dark for exceeding 12 hours.

A1: The regular size of PET reflective sheeting is 1.24m x 45.7m,Prismatic reflective vinyl is 1.22x45.7m per roll, photoluminescent vinyl is 1.24m x 45.7m per roll. However, the customization of both width and length are all available.
Q2: What is the Base Materials of your reflective materials?
A2: Regular base materials are PET (the cheapest), PVC (printable) and Acrylic (best quality).
Q3: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A3: In term of small samples or regular order, the MOQ is 5 meters only. However, In term of customized orders, the MOQ will be 2 rolls.
Q4: What is your Shipping Methods?
A4: We can ship samples or small trial orders by express or air (to door or airports) and ship formal or big orders by sea (to door or seaports) as required.
Q5: How long is your Lead Time?

Yes. 1) Usually we will request half container at least for supporting this.
2) If you need to print your logo on the release paper, the cost for new mold charge is usd 260.00
3) If you need to print your logo on the outside carton box, We can do it. But maximum 3 colors.
Q11: Can you offer us OEM products?
Yes, we could. like change color, logo printing, package, etc. As per your request.
Q12: How do you ensure you will supply us the good quality products?
1) We will inspect all our raw materials very strictly after they come in.
2) After our semi-finished products are finished, we will do a 100% full inspection.
3) During the finished production, we have an inspector to check the goods beside the machine in 24 hours,
4) After the finished products come out, we will do:
A) Full printing test to see whether it could absorb the ink.
B) We will check the size whether it is all ok.
C) We will open 5-10% quantity to check whether any discrepancy happened on the surface. like dot, dirt.
D) We will examine the color, weight, initial adhesion, last adhesion by our precise instruments.
E) Finally after you receive our products if indeed happen one or two rolls have a small discrepancy.
